What You’ll Do

  • Help with mobility around the home

  • Assist with personal care & hygiene

  • Prepare simple meals

  • Run errands & grocery shopping

  • Light housekeeping

  • Offer companionship

  • Report changes or concerns

  • Respond responsibly in emergencies
