Looking for short daytime caregiving shifts that fit around your schedule?

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers in Worcester for short day cases. These positions are ideal for caregivers seeking part-time or supplemental income, including parents, students, and caregivers working with another agency.

We are upfront about scheduling and work to match caregivers with nearby short hour cases as cases become available to our schedulers.

⏰ Scheduling & Availability

Short hour shifts (2–3 hours per case)-You can stack clients throughout the day!
Weekday-focused scheduling
Flexible availability based on what works for you
Open availability welcomed
We aim to assign cases close to your preferred service area

💸 Pay, Bonuses & Appreciation:

$18–$20/hour + mileage reimbursement
$250 sign-on bonus + referral bonus
Paid orientation and training

Assist with personal care, meals, and light housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help seniors remain safe and independent at home
